Where do I find my jobsheet number?
It’s on the jobsheet you received when you dropped off your device, for example 2040 or ET-2040.
What do the statuses mean?
Received: we’ve logged your device. Repairing: a technician is working on it. Waiting spare part: we’re waiting for a part to arrive. Ready for pickup: you can collect it from our shop.
I lost my jobsheet number. What should I do?
WhatsApp us at 011-5134 0526 with your name and device, and we’ll look it up for you.
When can I collect my device?
Once the status shows Ready for pickup, collect it from our shop at Benoni Commercial Centre, Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
